Our house at Surfside is beachfront (unobstructed) on the exclusive 11
block Pedestrian Beach where cars are not allowed. Surfsides Pedestrian
Beach area now has an additional 50 to 100 feet of sand, due to beach
nourishment by the Freeport Jetty Project. Surfside is less than
60 miles from S.W. Houston and offers convenient and uncongested acces via
the new Rt. 288 South Freeway. Surfside provides all the amenities of a
beachfront community including access to Galveston via the San Luis Pass
Bridge.
"Le Papillon" has joined the ranks of vacation luxury homes with its complete interior
remodeled (don't let the exterior fool you). The interior follows the format of the
Chelsea with ceramic tile flooring, contemporary furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and
oversized , half covered, front porch. Le Papillong is a well appointed beachfront
