Our house at Surfside is beachfront (unobstructed) on the exclusive 11
block Pedestrian Beach where cars are not allowed. Surfsides Pedestrian
Beach area now has an additional 50 to 100 feet of sand, due to beach
nourishment by the Freeport Jetty Project. Surfside is less than
60 miles from S.W. Houston and offers convenient and uncongested acces via
the new Rt. 288 South Freeway. Surfside provides all the amenities of a
beachfront community including access to Galveston via the San Luis Pass
Bridge.
"The Chelsea", is a spacious 3 bedroom house which features a large, central living area
with cathedral ceilings, master suite with walk-in closet, private bath and guest room all
facing the Gulf through a wall of glass. The Chelsea has been designed to provide a
luxury residence including a fully equipped kitchen, ceramic tile flooring and elegant
furnishings. The living area features multiple sofas overlooking an oversized partially
covered porch with patio furniture. The Chelsea is the residence of choice where "all
the comforts of home" are desired in an unobstructed setting.
Features include central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave, washer / dryer,
phone, cable color TV, VCR, a charcoal grill, covered porch, ceiling fan and outside
shower.
