This five bedroom home is available with a one bedroom honeymoon suite lockout or two bedroom lockout. Only one
party will be allowed to rent it at a time, so you can be assured of privacy. You can also get a lower rate if you only
have two to four people.
Whether you rent it for two, four or up to fifteen, all renters will have access to the game room with regulation size pool
table, basketball arcade, TV, Nintendo 64, and VCR. All parties will have access to kitchen, laundry room with full size
washer/dryer, and new hot tub on deck with great winter view of Downtown Gatlinburg. The honeymoon suite has a king
bed, jacuzzi, TV/VCR, game room, and separate bath.
The two bedroom package includes the honeymoon suite, plus another king bedroom with TV/VCR, and game room. If
you have a large group, using all five bedrooms, this will include two more king bedrooms and a queen bedroom with two
queen beds plus two more baths. All bedrooms have TVs/VCRs. There is another huge 14 x 28 living room with stone
fireplace, hardwood floors, and dining room that seats up to fourteen including bar. A sofa sleeper and rollaway for
sleeping up to 15 people.
Our home is kid and pet friendly featuring a fenced yard with playground area and a large gated deck with two grills,
outside tables, and chairs. This overlooks the mountains, woods, and downtown.
All new furniture, new paint inside and out, new tile, and wallpaper make this the Perfect Honeymoon Retreat or Large
Family Get-together.
Fireplace, phone, air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, pool, hot tub or jacuzzi, microwave, dishwasher, full kitchen, washer,
dryer, cookware and utensils provided, charcoal BBQ, Game room with pool table, Jacuzzi in master suite
Local activities include downhill skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, wildlife viewing, golf,
shopping, swimming, boating, walk to new Ripley's Aquarium and downtown Gatlinburg sites
