Luxury home located in Surfside Beach 5 miles south of Myrtle Beach, S.C. Only 150 yds. from the beach in a 7-cluster
home group with pool and small yard. We are conveniently located to Murrells Inlet resturants & fishing fleet, golf courses,
tennis courts, various family entertainment, shopping, theaters, and Broadway at the Beach all within 20 minutes.
Spring and Fall are very comfortable seasons at the beach. Air temperatures are generally 60 - 80 degrees with low
humidity. Sea water temperature even in Sept is still in the 80's.

Late March thru April, Spring blooms throughout the area with special tours at Brookgreen Gardens & plantation estates.
Nov. th Annual Atalaya Arts& Crafts Show; Oct 30 - Nov. 5 Ingersoll-Rand Senior Tour Championship at TPC ( 15
min. away); Nov. 9-12 19th Annual Dickens Christmas Show & Festival. If you haven't visited the beach during the off-season,
