relax and enjoy our comfortable one-bedroom villa with its premier location on the island.
The villa is only a two-minute walk to world-class tennis (Renting through us entitles you to one free hour of tennis daily),
a three-minute walk to the Straw Market, the only shops on the island, and a four-minute walk to the Kiawah Island Inn
complex with its two heated pools overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. (Your privileges include access to those pools as well
as discounts on Island nature programs).
You will be a mere five-minute walk to the beautiful, pristine, 10 mile beach of Kiawah Island and to Cougar Point, just one
of the island's five championship golf courses. (Renter's privileges include discounts on Island golf courses). Paved bike
trails and complimentary shuttle service are located just outside your door.
Convenient three step entry (no climbing steps), the door to all the comforts of home. Professionally decorated,
this one bedroom condo offers the utmost in amenities including air conditioning, cable TV, and washer / dryer.
The charming wicker bedroom boasts a king size bed, walk-in closet with iron and ironing board, color tv with remote.
The full bath has private access from bedroom and hallway and comes with linens, toiletries and hair dryer for your
convenience.
The living room keeps comfort in mind with a cozy sofa that folds out to a full size sleeper. Turn on the stereo or 25"
color TV with remote and VCR to help make your stay most enjoyable.
The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, stove, full size refrigerator, oven, and disposal,
our home will seem like yours. The butcher block kitchen table comfortably seats four.
Then, you canthe sliding glass doors to enjoy your coffee on our screened balcony porch. We once watched three
deer nibbling on our bushes beneath the porch. We welcome you to be our guests . . .anytime of the year.
