Villa is located in Queens Grant of Palmetto Dunes Plantation which has 3 miles of private beach for those staying on
the plantation. Ocean temperature is in the 80s during the summer and between 60 and 75 degrees during Spring and
Fall. Villa is about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The villa has been newly furnished and painted since Nov. ’96.
There are many restaurants and entertainment places on the island.
1450 sq.ft, air-conditioned villa includes king size bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in other bedroom and sleeper-sofa
in living room, included are linens & bath towels for the week. Also found in the villa will be 2 cable TVs, VCR, 2 telephones,
and kitchen with washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and dishes & utensils. The spacious dining
room and living room area has a beamed cathedral ceiling. There is a yard for bikes with outside shower.
Extras include: One hour a day of free tennis court time, area pool within 100 yards from rear patio, and discounts on 3
plantation golf courses as well as those located on and off the island. Bike trails and boating in 11 miles of a winding lagoon
system are also available.
