Hiking trails are easily accessible, a quick trip into town, or dash up the mountain for a day of fun skiing. Casa del Cielo is located 5 minutes north of Taos on the way to the ski valley. Skip the Taos rush while heading to the slopes. Taos Ski Valley is only 15 minutes away.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath true adobe home with 2 car carport was built in June 1999. Whether you are sitting on the patio, in the jacuzzi, or lying in bed you have unobstructed views of the mountains. Rooms are spacious and up to 8 guests can be accommodated. Each bedroom has a queen bed with down comforters. Two queen sofa sleepers are in the living room. Living room, kitchen & sunroom separate the two sleeping areas for maximum privacy. Master bedroom has a full sized bath tub and shower along with hand painted mexican sink. 2nd bathroom has a shower and the washer & dryer. Radiant floor heat keeps your toes warm without drying out the air.The 6 person jacuzzi is situated off the patio. Grill out and enjoy the mountain views or watch the fire burn low in the Kiva fireplace (wood provided). TV / VCR, AM FM cassete & CD player, telephone with answering machine (with free local calls) and even a lending library of books makes your stay feel like you are at home. Treat yourself to homemade coffee drinks with the provided espresso maker (A video is available to teach you how). The kitchen is fully equipped with drip coffeemaker, microwave, blender, icemaker, dishwasher, toaster oven and a full set of pots and pans.
