This property includes 5 bedrooms, oceanfront living room, fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, screened porch,
and enormous ocean side deck complete with swings, picnic table, and deluxe rotisserie grill.
The Great Room includes dining table, sofa, chairs, fireplace, piano, game table, large screen TV with surround
sound, satellite and cable.
The 5 bedrooms include the Master Suite which has king bed, sitting area with TV, and deck on ocean side. Master
Bath has large shower stall enclosed for steam, tub with jacuzzi and picture windows to ocean.
Guest Room 1 comes with a double bed and sunset views. Guest Room 2 is on the 2nd floor and has 2 twin beds, to deck, and is located on the ocean side with connecting bath. Guest Room 3, also on the 2nd floor, has
1 queen bed with views of sunsets with connecting bath. Guest Room 4 is an ocean side suite located on the 3rd floor
with 2 twin beds, window seat, TV, wet bar with ice maker, refrigerator, and full bath.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with glasses, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher,
food processor, coffee maker, and bread machine.
The second floor also has a complete laundry room with washer / dryer, refrigerator / icemaker, laundry tub, detergents
and additives included.
Community swimming pool adjacent to the house, two tennis courts located within walking distance,
stationary bicycle and power rider, elevator (ground level to 2nd floor), 2 car garage, daily newspaper delivery,
central air / heat, game closet with puzzles, games, magazines and videos, and sand chairs, rafts and fishing gear
available for beach use.
