Lake Lanier
Located on a 1/2 acre plus lot nestled among hardwood trees in a quiet
secluded area and is in close proximity to the North Georgia Mountains.
Nestled within the mountains in close proximity to grocery, outlet
mall shopping, flea markets, and antique shops. Just a
few miles north is the gold mining town of Dahlonega, which offers
quaint shopping, hiking, and of course, gold mining. A few miles
further east will put you in the heart of Helen, Georgia, a town
which will make you feel as if you are in Germany. A short drive
south will land you at Lake Lanier Island Beach and Water Park. Only
30 minutes away, you will find downtown Atlanta, which offers
Underground Atlanta, tubing on the Chattahooche River, Stone Mountain,
Six Flags just to name a few local attractions. There are plenty of
golf courses in and around Lake Lanier, along with boat rentals from
Lake Lanier Islands.
Professionally decorated fully furnished home with a private boat
dock overlooking Lake Lanier, located near Gainesville, Georgia just
off of GA 400 and Hwy. 53. Over 3,000 square feet of living space
includes four bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 double twins) each with a
full private bathroom, great room with cathederal ceiling, recreation
room with pool table and two fireplaces (one up and one down). The
home is furnished with cable TV, VCR, stereo, telephone, fully
equipped kitchen with built-in dishwasher, garbage disposal, trash
compactor, and microwave.
The upstairs deck is fully furnished with patio furniture, a gas
grill and a cajun smoker for the outdoor enthusiasts. There is a
walking trail down to the boat dock with a swimming platform. The
boat dock also is equipped with patio furniture and a small storage
area for boating supplies.
