These Twin Towers Gulf beachfront homes are located on the south end of Palm Island. Palm Island is a barrier island
off the coast of Englewood and Placida, Florida. The island is accessible by car ferry, or you may choose to drive a golf
cart. The two special stilt homes have their own private gulf beach and a dock on Bocilla Bay. Step back in time thirty
years and experience a unique old Florida vacation.
Each home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleep 6 comfortably. Dolphins glide by while you drink your morning coffee,
and the sunset off the lania is an evening ritual. You might think that summer is too hot in Florida, but these homes beg
to differ. Run the air conditioning, lay out on the lania to sun yourself, and walk down the steps to bathe in the soothing
gulf water.
Fantastic fishing is available off the dock or in the Gulf. The far southern end of the island is a Florida State Park. Golf
courses on the mainland are all within 5 to 15 minutes of the ferry dock. We know you won't want to go home!
Air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV, satelite dish, CD / tape player, telephone, washer / dryer, and beach furniture.
Rentals are available for golf carts, boats, and charter boats. Just bring groceries, personal items, fishing poles, and some
cash in case you might want to visit the one restaurant on the north end of the island. 911 is available on the island.
