room) and decorated in anceiling design. It is located in the heart of 'laid-back' Captiva Island (a place to escape
to) in the Sunset Captiva complex, with a private boardwalk to the gulf beach.
Within the complex there is also a large swimming pool, two tennis courts, and access to the bay via a private dock. Also,
there are ten indoor / outdoor award-winning restaurants and cafes within walking distance (five to ten minutes), as well as
grocery stores, boutiques, art galleries, shops for bike rental, t-shirts, beach wear and supplies, a marina, and post office.
