The Bayside is a luxury townhouse condominium located in the Beau Mer Condominiums. Beau Mer Condominiums
is located in the heart of downtown Naples on an island in the Gordon River. The condominium complex is small,
having only 88 units in all. The surroundings are quiet, tranquil and tropical. Because of this prime location , you can
walk to restaurants, coffee houses, specialty shops in Old Naples, The Old Marine Marketplace at Tin City, grocery
stores, and more. Take advantage of the boat rentals, excursion boat and deep sea fishing charters and sunset and
shelling cruises within 5 minutes walking distance from the condo. You can stroll on the Naples Pier in the morning
and might see the dolphins at play or go to the pier in the early evening to view some really spectacular sunsets.
From the screened lanai, Bayside overlooks the Gordon River, Naples Bay and several marinas. The beach is within
walking distance, but parking is provided at all beach accesses along picturesque Gulfshore Drive. You will find that
you are minutes to all attractions in Naples and just a short drive from the Everglades National Park and from
Seminole and Miccosukee Indian Reservations. You are fifteen minutes to Interstate 75 and one block to US 41
(Tamiami Trail). Many public golf courses and driving ranges are only minutes away.
The Bayside at Beau Mer offers all modern amenities and furnishings. A listing of all amenities is included in this
narrative. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom and one bathroom are upstairs; one bedroom and
one bathroom are at the ground level. There are twin beds in the master bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in
the downstairs bedroom. In addition, the living room boasts a queen size sleeper sofa.
The living room / dining room area is large and well appointed. It is comfortable and cheery and makes you feel right
at home. A spiral staircase connects the ground level to the main living area. A garage is provided, which has a
ground level entrance door. The main entrance to the Bayside at Beau Mer is one level above ground level. An
elevator is also available.
Our goal is to provide you with convenience, cleanliness and a place to call "home" for as long as you stay in Naples.
We are full-time residents of Naples are are available to assist you before, during and after your stay.
