'Amadeus' is a beautiful condominium building with 10 units on Treasure Island, right
on the intercoastal Waterway and only 3 minutes from the beach. The complex was built
in '96 / '97, it has a pool, sun deck and a huge fishing dock. The area is private and quiet,
but only two blocks from Gulf Boulevard it has everything someone could possibly ask for.
If you want to take a walk on the beach, watch the sunset, fish for hours or go shopping,
you don't even need a car. You are also close to the famous John's Pass Village and many
other attractions.
The building itself as the name says has a european touch and therefore a very solid
structure. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, washer / dryer,
telephone and TV. The way they are furnished makes you feel at home, not in a rental unit.
