This small complex is located on the gulf of Mexico on a quiet dead-end street. On the property,
for your use, we have barbecue grills, a large swimming pool, a tennis court, and shuffleboard courts.
With only 27 units it is very private and family oriented. The world-famous Sanibel shelling beach is
right outside your door. Just a few minutes away, you will find a variety of restaurants featuring fresh
seafood in addition to the usual fine fare. Many also offer entertainment in the evenings. Sanibel
offers a variety of leisure activities including bird watching, fishing, golf, boating, windsurfing, scuba
diving, snorkeling, and other watersports.
King size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom, queen size sofabed in the living
room, fully equipped kitchen, microwave oven, 3 color cable TVs, 2 VCR s, CD player, 4 bicycles
with helmets, beach chairs, and screened-in porch with table and chairs. Each bathroom has a wall
mounted hair dryer and linens. Beach towels are also supplied.
