Chateau Beau Mer is a luxury townhouse condominium located in the Beau Mer Condominiums, an 88-unit
condominium complex located in the heart of downtown Naples on an island in the Gordon River at the top
of Naples Bay. The surroundings are quiet and tranquil. Lush tropical landscaping is reminiscent of paradise.
Because of this prime location, you can walk to restaurants, coffee houses, specialty shops in Olde Naples, The
Old Marine Marketplace at Tin City and grocery stores. Take advantage of the boat rentals, excursion boat and
deep sea fishing charters and sunset and shelling cruises within 5 minutes walking distance from the
condo.
From the enclosed sunroom, Chateau Beau Mer overlooks the Gordon River which enters Naples Bay at this point,
and several marinas. The beach is within walking distance, but parking is provided at all beach accesses along
picturesque Gulfshore Drive. You will find that you are minutes to all attractions in Naples and just a short drive
from the Everglades National Park and from Seminole and Miccosukee Indian reservations. You are fifteen
minutes to Interstate 75 and one block to US 41 (Tamiami Trail).
Chateau Beau Mer offers all modern amenities and furnishings. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms
and 1 bathroom are upstairs; 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are at ground level. There is a king size bed, a queen size
bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. In addition, the living room boasts a queen size sleeper sofa.
The living room/dining room area is large and well appointed. It is comfortable and cheery and makes you feel right
at home. A spiral staircase joins the ground level to the main living area. One covered parking space is provided
which has a ground level entrance door. The main entrance to Chateau Beau Mer is one level above ground level.
Elevators are also available in each building.
Other amenities include: gourmet fully furnished kitchen, ceiling fans, telephone, 2 tvs with cable, VCRs and movies,
central air and heat, an enclosed sunroom, and a washer and dryer. Books, puzzles, beach towels and beach chairs
are also furnished. Available on the premises: pool / spa, and gas BBQ grilling area poolside.
