We are located on Little Gasparilla Island which is next to Boca Grande and 4 islands north of Captiva Island, one of the most
sought after vacation spots in Florida. We have the same weather, the same water, less crowding and at a fraction of the cost that
you would spend at Captiva or Sanibel Islands.
Swim - Snorkel - Wind surf - Sail - Fish - Shell - Build a sand castle.. Relax... Enjoy the Worlds Best Tarpon and Snook Fishing.
Within a 10 minutes drive of the mainland dock there are 6 golf courses. Little Gasparilla Island is located 22 miles north of Captiva
Island and 19 miles south of Venice Florida. Five minutes from the mainland. That's all it takes by boat to reach the island and snug
up to your private dock.
Once ashore, you will be greeted by the sights and sounds of nature. Travel by electric golf cart or just walk the nature trails. You
will only need to bring your food and a bathing suit because all other essentials are provided. What you won't find on Little Gasparilla
Island is commercial stores, noisy vehicles, unwanted visitors and crowded beaches. You will leave all that behind when you arrive
on the Island. It's just you, the white sand, the soothing sounds and the breath taking sights of the Gulf of Mexico - something few
visitors to Florida's southwest coast ever experience. World Class fishing, boating, shelling and sunsets await you.
Built in 1990, this three bedroom, two bath home has 1900 sq. ft. of living area with central heat and air, 1420 sq. ft. in screened
porches, and 1200 sq. ft. of lounge deck area under the house. Fireplace, large jacuzzi off master bedroom , BBQ grill, satellite
dish, and ceiling fans in every room and porch are just a few of the amenities you will discover. There is a 55" big screen TV
located in the master bedroom and a 35" TV in the living room. There is also a state of the art stereo system with cassette player
and CD player.
Enjoy a modern kitchen with a large breakfast bar that seats six. Washer / dryer, dishwasher, trash compactor, garbage disposal,
refrigerator with freezer & ice maker, deep freezer, and security system with smoke detectors. Custom oak spiral staircase rises
to cedar ceilings that reach a height of 25 ft. There is also a golf cart included with rental.
